Whole-Body Healing. Not Just Symptom Relief.
Pain is rarely just where it shows up.
It’s often part of a deeper pattern involving posture, fascia, organs (viscera), breathing mechanics, and the way your entire body compensates.
My osteopathic manual therapy sessions address the full body system, not just the area that hurts.
Because everything is connected.
Osteopathic manual therapy is a hands-on treatment that restores mobility, improves nervous system function, and addresses structural imbalances throughout the body.
It is a hands-on, full-body approach that:
• Restores mobility to joints and fascia
• Improves circulation and nervous system function
• Releases restrictions around the viscera (organs)
• Addresses structural alignment
• Reduces chronic pain patterns
• Supports long-term resilience
Instead of chasing symptoms, we assess how your entire body is functioning together, from your spine to your diaphragm to the fascial connections surrounding your organs.
When we improve those connections, pain decreases and movement improves.
This work is ideal if you are:
• Dealing with chronic neck, back, or pelvic pain
• Postpartum and feeling disconnected or unstable
• Pregnant and experiencing structural discomfort
• Recovering from injury
• Feeling “tight everywhere” but can’t pinpoint why
• Wanting a deeper, more intelligent approach than traditional massage
This is therapeutic, clinical, and intentional work, not relaxation massage.

Manual therapy works best when integrated into a larger strategy.
After your session, you’ll have options to:
• Add personalized movement training
• Join a coaching program
• Build a long-term pain reduction plan
• Integrate core, posture, or breathwork training
Because treatment without integration only goes so far.
We combine hands-on therapy with intelligent movement for sustainable results.
I met Rachel after a long battle with back, tailbone, and pelvic pain following the birth of my second baby. I discovered her through the Monmouth Moms podcast while searching for someone who looked at the body as a whole, rather than isolating muscle groups. I had tried various physical therapists before, but most focused on one area at a time and provided very generalized plans. Rachel was different in her methodology and approach, treating the whole body and movement pattern. Her soft tissue work is gentle yet incredibly effective. Beyond her vast knowledge, she brings amazing energy, enthusiasm, and genuine empathy to every visit. She saw the movement potential in me and supported me every step of the way in reaching my goals. What also really sets Rachel apart is how accessible and caring she is—always open to questions and concerns. Years later, she’s still on my speed dial whenever anything is bothersome! Thanks to her guidance, I’ve been able to return to group exercise classes, walking and have incorporated her teachings into my daily life. And for the first time in seven years, I went skiing with my kids! I am so grateful I connected with Rachel, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone needing expert, whole-body-focused care!

I highly recommend Rachael. I struggled with various pains that were somewhat debilitating. She is a genuine and sincere healer, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, which is a lengthy set of effective modalities. She gives me very simple exercises to work on and I focus on better posture, these easy changes have made a very big difference in the length of time my issues flare up, and the level of pain is significantly less than too. I wish I called her during my pregnancy when I realized something was not right, I think she would have saved me much grief, but I’m very happy to be able to use her now and work towards healing. I started working with her at 4.5 years post-partum, I saw her weekly for a few months, now we meet bi-weekly. She provides a well-rounded and personalized approach to my whack-a-mole-problems. (Lower back/hip/pelvic and stomach pains, herniated discs, TMJ, tinnitus, one emergency C-section, and one endometrial mass removed from C-section scar.)
