I highly recommend Rachael. I struggled with various pains that were somewhat debilitating. She is a genuine and sincere healer, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, which is a lengthy set of effective modalities. She gives me very simple exercises to work on and I focus on better posture, these easy changes have made a very big difference in the length of time my issues flare up, and the level of pain is significantly less than too. I wish I called her during my pregnancy when I realized something was not right, I think she would have saved me much grief, but I’m very happy to be able to use her now and work towards healing. I started working with her at 4.5 years post-partum, I saw her weekly for a few months, now we meet bi-weekly. She provides a well-rounded and personalized approach to my whack-a-mole-problems. After my first c-section, I never felt the same. My core and lower body totally changed, I had constant discomfort in my hips and lower back, exercise would make my discomfort worse. Rachel taught me it’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. She gave me access to tools and in person sessions that taught me how small repetitive movements could improve my core and extreme hip discomfort in a manageable period of time. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and feel almost no stress on my hips and lower back compared to my first pregnancy. Bonus points for not producing leakage every time I cough or sneeze, Rachel teaching me abdominal breathing work has helped tremendously.
